American Realty Capital Trust III, Inc., (the “Company”) announced that on January 25, 2012, the Company closed its acquisition of a fee-simple interest in one building located in the Express Scripts headquarters campus in St. Louis, Missouri, at a contract purchase price of approximately $42.6 million, exclusive of closing costs.

American Realty Capital Trust III, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that on November 22, 2011, the Company closed on five freestanding, single-story Dollar General stores for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $4.5 million. In addition, on November 18, 2011 and November 28, 2011, the Company closed on two Walgreens drug stores for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $13.1 million. These acquisitions increase the total size of the Company’s portfolio to $51.4 million. The acquisitions total approximately 72,175 square feet, and are 100% leased to seven tenants.

New York, NY, October 3, 2011--American Realty Capital Trust III, Inc. (“ARCT III” or the “Company”) announced today that it had completed on September 27, 2011, its first property acquisition. The Company purchased one free-standing, fee simple, build-to-suit freight distribution facility located in Butte, Montana and leased to FedEx Freight, Inc. The purchase price was approximately $8.9 million, exclusive of closing costs. The Company funded the acquisition of the property with proceeds from the sale of its common stock.
